GEMS is being delivered by Solutions 4 Health and is commissioned by NHS Frimley.

Our Mission.

The GEMS team is passionate about transforming services for children, young people and adults who have been diagnosed with, or who may have autism and/or ADHD. We want to help people navigate their way through a range of information and make sense of this reflecting their personal needs and preferences.

Our goal is to help people who use our service to be able to improve communication with, and the wellbeing of, people with autism and/or ADHD, their families, parents, and carers. We will do this by providing high-quality information and online advice through our digital services and by providing support to access other services provided by our partners for those who need it.

Solutions 4 Health endeavour to provide all people who use our services with a service that meets and hopefully exceeds, their expectations. However, we appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. In these circumstances we encourage all our clients to approach us with concerns and complaints as soon as possible.
