GEMS is being delivered by Solutions 4 Health and is commissioned by NHS Frimley.

Solutions 4 Health is a CQC registered organisation and we are proud to be working with the NHS, hospitals, clinical commissioning groups, health boards and local authorities across the UK.

Our Mission

Solutions 4 Health is passionate about transforming services for children, young people and adults who have been diagnosed with, or who may have autism and/or ADHD. We want to help people navigate their way through a range of information and make sense of this reflecting their personal needs and preferences.

Our goal is to help people who use our GEMS service to be able to improve communication with, and the wellbeing of, people with autism and/or ADHD, their families, parents, and carers. We will do this by providing high-quality information and online advice through our digital services and by providing support to access other services provided by our partners for those who need it.

Compliments and complaints

Solutions 4 Health endeavours to provide all people who use our services with a service that meets and hopefully exceeds, their expectations. However, we appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. In these circumstances we encourage all our clients to approach us with concerns and complaints as soon as possible.

We ensure that clients are:

Aware of their right to complain.

Able to make a complaint on registering with us and supported to do.

Reassured that making a complaint does not affect their treatment/support.

Taken seriously.

Aware that a concern or complaint is handled confidentially.

Kept informed and advised of the outcome.
