About Workshops

As a parent/carer, you may feel that more information, help, or advice is needed when supporting the needs of your child, who may have behavioural, sensory, social and/or communication challenges. We at GEMS recognise this and have provided a variety of free courses and workshops that will help develop your knowledge of autism and/or ADHD.

The FREE courses and workshops offer support not just for those who are diagnosed, but for those who may have autism and/or ADHD.

The courses and workshops vary in length. You will be listening to and speaking with trainers with extensive experience of delivering autism and/or ADHD courses and will have the opportunity to meet and share strategies with other parents/carers.

If you live or if your GP is in East Berkshire (Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead or Bracknell) you can Conveniently book yourself in by clicking on the “book here” option next to each workshop or course below.

For further information, please contact the team on: Gems.4Health@nhs.net / 0800 999 1342
Please note that bookings will close when sessions are fully booked / or two days before a session.

In addition to the below, we are also able to offer post-diagnosis workshops that are self funded and open to anyone regardless of location in the UK. Details of these can be found here.
